My 10 year old lab, Chester, has been a regular at Upstate Dog Training since he was 4 months old. Doggie daycare most weeks and boards there when I have to go out of town. It's his favorite place to go and they take great care of him.

Savvi has been part of the daycare family at Upstate Kennel for four years. She loves to go every morning. She plays all day with her daycare pals and she comes home clean and happy Upstate Kennel was the perfect solution for my dog while I work, and at a price that fits my budget. The staff are caring, knowledgeable & friendly people who care for Savvi as they would their own dogs. That allows me to work secure in the knowledge she is well supervised. Upstate Kennel is not only the best choice for my dog, it is the only choice.

SIXTEEN YEARS OF EXCELLENT CARE AND SERVICE - Our little family has been customers of Jill Jones since 1998. We first met Jill and the Upstate Family with our first Boxer-Duke “Clifford” of Windsor- for training…. He was only 4 months old! In 2000 our Lady Coco Chenille became a member of the Upstate Family as well. Jill affectionately became known to our Boxer Kids as “Mama Jill”. All we had to do was say “Mama Jill” and they would both start the Boxer Wiggle and Side Step that only Boxer parents truly understand. Not only did Jill Jones, her family, and Upstate Staff become a place of training, fun, play and care for our Beloved Boxers, but they became our “doggie” mentors…Always there to answer questions, calm us when there was doggie trauma, and guide us to becoming good Humans for these wonderful animals. In August of 2012, it was time to say ‘farewell’ to our precious Clifford and Coco. We were not alone. Jill, her family, and Upstate Staff were there for us and with us every step of the way. They comforted us, reassured us, and helped us through the grieving process. I know of no other Dog Training or Pet Resort that would go to the extent of care that they did! Today, we have a sweet, precious, new Boxer…”Foxy Roxy”… and keeping with tradition she was trained at Upstate and enjoys her visits with Mama Jill…..Upstate is not just a Pet Resort, they are like family. We never worry about our half breeds (half Boxer/half Human) when they are at Upstate.

New Family Members needed Training - In June we lost our great companion of 11 years. He was a frequent flyer at the Upstate Dog Training's Kennel. Two weeks after he crossed the rainbow bridge, the house was so quiet we had to do something. We found two dogs that the owners said they could not keep. They wanted these two to stay together since they had been together since they were 8 weeks old. After much consideration, we adopted these two young dogs. Well, they had some training, but really we needed to have them trained so we knew what to do to reinforce the training. Fast forward to October and we bit the bullet and brought them both to Upstate Dog Training to have them (or us) trained properly. After three weeks of training, I must congratulate Jeff and Crystal for the excellent training of Benelli and Ruger. We learned what they learned and now have the tools to continue their training and make them the most well mannered and well behaved children in the neighborhood. Once again, Thank you Upstate, Jeff and Crystal. .

We love taking Jack for grooming at Upstate Dog Training! They always care for him like he was their own dog. He always comes home looking great, smelling great, and groomed well.

I keep Drake inside so I wanted to have him trained with basic obedience. From the very first week I could tell a big difference. As time progressed he got better and better! Everyone is already complimenting how well behaved he is! Thanks guys, you've got a happy doggy owner here in Boiling Springs!
